If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos or videos as evidence.
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Once your return is approved and received, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method or store credit (if applicable).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
